No topic? Weird...
http://cameron-francis.com/the-continental.php "From January 2010 to February 2011, Cameron had 12 tricks published in the British IBM magazine "The Budget". The column was called "The Continental" and thanks to editor Stephen Tucker, Cameron is now able to offer you all 12 effects in one 28 page PDF. The column includes tricks for close up and stand up work using cards, coins, bills, matchbooks, business cards, Sharpies, steno pads and drawings. While some of the material has been published before, five of the tricks have never been previously published and most of the previously published material has been updated with new handlings : Daley's Last Sandwich -- Daley's Last Trick with a killer ending. Change -- A great bill switch routine that's loaded with magic and laughs. Steno Epic -- A Mental Epic routine under test conditions using an ungaffed steno pad (Yes, it's different than the Osterlind version) Thanks, Meester -- A killer transpo of Kings and Jokers with an unbelievable ending. Tunnel Fusion -- A much improved variation of the fusion effect from Cameron's “Rehab” dvd Inward Bound -- A completely examinable matches across effect! Posse -- Jokers capture a card, transform into its mates and then make a surprise reappearance. The Magic Coin -- A different spin one the Wild Coin effect. MCM Smackdown -- A stunning card effect where a mentalist, a card sharp and a magician duke it out with surprising results! Spin Cycle -- A super charged twisting routine Money Business -- A streamlined handling of an effect from the Attack of the Copper Silver Coin dvd. Sticky Greatness -- Sure to be the talk of the booklet. A stickman magician jumps from a piece of paper to a freely selected card and back. A great opener!" I can't really choose a favorite. Maybe the card tricks because I'm more into them but it doesn't mean a lot... Basically, this is a kind of "Best of Cameron Francis", knowing that they are ALL the tricks he published last year in a UK magazine. So yes, it is THAT good. I don't want to over-praise it... but I think it is too late! To be honest, the only flaw may be that you may already have a few of these tricks if you have other dvds or ebooks from him. Nevertheless, I have a lot of Cameron's material and I have discovered some new stuff that is worth the price in my opinion. Thanks to "Money Business" (and another download from Dave Forrest), I've bought my first copper/silver coin (and for a card guy, it means something!). Consequently, I plan to buy the Attack of the Copper Silver dvd to further explore the silly brains of those two twisted guys! I especially recommend it for those who may not be familiar with his material as it is a good sample of what he can offer to the magic community. And this ebook shows how generous he is.
NEW E-BOOK! Sneak: 12 card tricks based on the same principle.

Having read through this I can only really echo what has already been said - this is full of commercial workable magic.
A fantastic ebook. |

One of my favorites from Cameron. "Posse" and "MCM Smackdown" have to be my favorite routines.

Thanks! Wow! I'm so glad there's a review now!
John, it's funny because I was on the fence about including Posse. I can't tell you how many guys have said it's one of their favorites! Just goes to show you never know what people are going to like.

The other one that seems to stick out for most people is Sticky Greatness. I think it's a super commercial routine.

15 bucks very well spent. Sorry, I still don't make my living from this stuff so value counts. I will certainly use it least 2 pieces from here so good work and good deal

Although being British, I'm not a member of the IBM British Ring, so missed out on these effects when they were first published in The Budget magazine. I'm so glad that Cameron has released the effects in ebook form, so that us non-members can enjoy the material too.
I love Sticky Greatness and have been trying it out this afternoon and will be using it at my gigs in future - very commercial. I also love Posse - lots of magic, with very little work. And finally Money Business has had me searching for my Copper Silver coin. Another great release, Cameron! Iain. |

Iain,
So glad you like the ebook! I'm really happy with Money Business as it is definitely an improvement over my original version. Plus it instantly resets and all that good stuff. Thanks for the comments, guys.
