I don't do the routine myself, but there are many out there that are wonderful. One that comes to mind is Roth's, which has a wonderful ending - to get the coin out, the bottle turns inside out! There is also another routine in his book, where a funnel is used to get the coin into the bottle. I believe Ammar published a handling in Encore II (although I can't find my issue to verify)as well. Maybe others can list some nice routines that they have come accross!

Just checked Encore II. The coin in bottle routine is there, but is John Carney's.

Currently I am working on doing something similar to Ammar's. His is great, especially with the bottle production.
I find that the old 7up bottles are prefect. The green color of the bottle masks the gaff, and the size of the bottle is small enough to produce from anywhere if you don't have a topit.
