Help! I ordered Flush by John Stessel through Blue Crown the Friday before Labor Day and paid Express shipping hoping it would get here by Saturday. It is now Wednesday and I've tried calling and emailing but to no avail. Their website makes no mention of the office being closed for the week and still haven't received it. Has anybody had any bad experiences ordering from them? What to do?
