I don't know if this is the right place so here goes. Can some one help me in were is the best place to get a table to do the cups and balls? Cheepest. Easy to carry and good for streets. Thanks.

I believe that a combination of all these is not something easy to achieve.I mean to get a good quality one that packs so it is easy to carry and is cheap. however the best one for your needs I believe is this one

That table would work OK for me now, but I can remember back when I first started practicing the cups and balls - I needed a much larger table then!!

Home Depot?
Actaully a restaurant supply store has the folding Bus Tray Stands. Top that with a thick piece of plywood, felt covered or painted and add a close-up pad. Pattricks Magic can custom cut a pad for any size. I see many street performers doing exatly this.
