This is an iPad Apps....

I must say first impressions of Magic Gig Slips WOWed me.

You enter your basic information, save it Create a few Types of Gig like Holiday Party, Daycare, Preschool, Assembly Shows etc. Whatever you want.
Then using the basic default letter page create several letters to fit the gigs An Agreement Confirmation (The default Letter), and a Thank you letter. In the thank you I ask them to reply immediately stating what they liked about the show and what they would say to another if asked what would you say about the show.

As soon as the booking form is complete and save (Pending), with a push of a button they got an agreement letter before they are off the phone.

When the show is over I can send the thank you when I am near a WiFi location.

This Apps, is so cool and worth a look. It also cost $4.99. How many tricks have I bought worth 10 times that and it sits on the shelf.

I love it. Check it out:

I know it works well on my iPad (1) do not have iPad2.

Also I think it works with an iPhone, and iTouch too.

Instead of sending it straight to the client from iPad, can you send it to your own email then send it on to the client to make sure you have a copy of the contracts for personal records?

Brendon, I have my iPad setting so that any email sent from it is automatically sent to my mail email address. This is to prevent mail here and there and can't find something.

iPad@Dowhy.com lets me know where the email was sent.

Just to clarify, Bruce Kalver, the author of the Magic Gig Slips app, tells me that it's available only on iPad right now but he should have an iPhone version available "before the end of the year."

It really is a nicely made app. I am surprised there hasn't been more buzz about this. Great job Bruce!

I am frusterated by this app, it will not sync with the calender on my ipad 2 and the check buttons saved in the settings never show up on the form. Maybe it needs an update or something...not real happy

I had a problem with the Calendar and contacted Bruce. He helped me fix it.

I forget what I did. I might have removed it then reinstalled it.

I just purchased this and like it very much.

The add to calendar option works for me, I have the latest version and use an IPad 1.

It is simple to use, easily customizable, and allows for all information I need for an event.
The standard confirmation letter is very good, and took just minutes for me to customizs for my type of events.

I did have a question, and Bruce was super responsive, replying in just a few hours of my email (in the early hours of the morning on a Saturday).

Since I basically live on my IPad and am rarely next to my PC, this is a Godsend.
