It's too bad that this occasionally still goes on.
See something advertised by a dealer,(for instance Color Changing CD's) you order, pay full price, it arrives.
You open it and surprise,surprise. When you remove them from the case they are so heaviley scratched up, they're worse than
what you're replacing. Looks to me the Dealer now has a nice new "demo set, and I have the old ones. They got me!
That hasn't happened to me for a while. I think most out there are beyond that nonsense, thank goodness. And they want you to come back.
