I absolutely love Shawn Farquhar! I had the priviledge and pleasure of watching him perform and lecture here in San Antonio a few years back. One of the most talented and charismatic magicians on this planet.

And this is a killer effect. I'm personally not a fan of effects using electronics like an iphone BUT this one is pretty darn cool,,,,and it will play huge!

I can't wait. By the way was there any delay in the time the DVD was supposed to be sent? I keep on thinking that there is.

Yeah, I usually hate using electronics for magic tricks, but if an effect is good I can make an exception. This seems good.

Due to flooding, I think issue 25 had a small delay. But nothing terrible. I mean when it takes a flood to put one behind schedule, that is saying a lot!

No it never is....but subscribers usually...not always but we try to get subscribers the magazine first. with the flood and being behind we likely wont do so well this time but were getting closer to being back to normal

This issue was great. I loved pretty much everything. Even the move monkeys were bearable. The david roth section was great, Simon Lovell was hilarious, and the interview was very inspiring. Since I am not a pro magician and haven't been into conjuring for even a year, I am glad that reel magic constantly inspires me so that I can be sure I will never stop doing magic. Everything was great this issue. I was surprised by how much I liked Oil and water, though I don't usually like card tricks.

Whats the deal with the card trick called Milko shown on the sessions part? He explained how to play up the expressions to make it work but didn't say how he did it or where to get the reveal card. I can figure out a way to do it, but I don't know if anyone makes the cards like the 3 & a half one he used.

I'm pretty sure the three and a half of clubs is a very common gaff in magic stores.

Particularly enjoyed the Wayne Houchin interview and find him a brilliant mind in magic. It was refreshing to see Simon Lovell back again. David Roth's coin vanish was very nice. Wayne Kawamoto Choice Cuts were very objective. Handle with Care by John Carey looks like a worthwhile purchase. David Regal's product reviews were insightful. Armstrong's Sessions was as gay as always.

Due to the review given for Handle with Carey I went out and purchased the DVD. I was not disapointed Handle with Carey is an excellent DVD just about everything on it is a real worker. Highly recommend.
