And why the 250 post rule? That doesn't make any sense to me.

Yoann, Le' Clezio, Bebel, Manuel Montes.

I know that's 4 instead of 3, but they are all deserving of recognition IMO.

Daryl Martinez? I'm not sure he's underrated though. I know he's a savant with cards as I'm sure other know too

John Bannon. That guy's created some excellent effects. He's going to be a name someday.

:P

I heard he ripped off a lot of it from Paul Gordon.

Without a doubt, England's Joe Riding.

- Joe produced countless tricks and publications for over 30 years; nothing for the 'card jugglers' to get excited about - but for the person looking for truly commercial magic, Joe always delivered.

- He introduced a number of very useful moves to the fraternity - most of which simplified effects.

- He also created a raft of his own timeless material; a lot of these routines are still used regularly by magicians today.

- He was a brilliant performer. Magic was his living and his style of magic always hit the spot with laymen.

I still miss him - he was one of my best friends in magic.
Barry Allen

Over 15 years have now passed - and still missing Abra Magazine arriving every Saturday morning.

I always see great routines of his in old magazines, but never hear his name mentioned!

I would never consider Daryl an overlooked card guy.

Two that I might are Milt Kort, who's better known for his coin work and Bill Miesel.

Well, technically not eligible because I believe he has more than 250 posts, but IMO Denis Behr is one of the best. Smile

Thanks!
