Does the knife have any functioning utilities like a swiss army knife?

Thanks Mark & Don, that's good to know. It sounds like the video doesn't quite show this at its best. Will certainly look into ordering.
Has anyone used this on stage, or is it too small?

With regard to the Priority International shipping cost quoted at $38.
I have ordered a lot of items from U.S dealers and this is by far the highest price I have ever been quoted for shipping via Priority International.
I ordered a fairly large stage prop from a dealer on Sunday night that I needed urgently.
It was sent via Fed Ex Priority and cost me $32.99.
The dealer was very apologetic regarding this high shipping cost but explained if I needed the item urgently this is what it would cost.
I received it this morning. 3 days for delivery - fantastic.

I have to agree with you and I have ordered
Several items from the USA
In fact one item arrived today which I can assume
Weight a lot more than a small knife
The cost just $13 time to arrive 7 Days
Even Fex Ex which takes 3 Days max would not
Cost $38 !!!!
While I love Richards Work this Shipping Charge
Is way over the top

Next time if you want something Quick
Use Fex Ex via Penguin you will get it in
3 days (sometimes 2 days) and will not be charged $38
and to take 20 days that's a Joke

If only I'd waited one more day. guess whats just arrived.
The method was not what I was expecting, its far better.
I think I'll use a handkercheif for this.
It works brilliantly it must be the best version of this effect, I can't see how you could improve it?

Well, I was very intrigued with this- so I went ahead and got this. I have been practicing for a couple weeks and just am not having any success with shirts. I am definitely using the right material, but it's just not working. Now, Richard puts out incredible magic, though this is not of of my favorites. I love the idea, but so far, I am ruining a lot of shirts. From what other posts have stated, I guess it would have been nice if the explanantion from Richard's Live Without a Net DVD was included.

I can't see how you can't get his working, its basically self working as long as you are using the right material and follow the instructions (read them carefully when it tells you how to push the knife through).
If it still does not work you must be using the wrong material.
I use table cloths and napkins all the time in hotels and if they don't work I carry an nice 18" square cloth of my own.

Goes thru fine, just that last little bit is when the trouble happens. I'm definitely using the right material- it's pretty easy to identify that.

Make sure you go through at the right angle / orientation, I'm sure the instructions mention it but its quite important.

Yes- to get it thru- but then, as on the demo, it shows how he goes strait up thru exposing most of the blade?

I don't have the instructions to hand but I'm sure they explain how to put the knife through, you don't just do it any way you like, I suspect you are doing it wrong.

I'm sorry to say I just don't like this one. I would not want to use it on anyone else's clothes as there is the possibility of causing damage. I was really hoping the method would be different.

Hi Karl
Just use your own cloth, I've had some nice ones made up about 18" square, it's a much safer way of doing it and you always know it will work.
It's a great trick when you are all set to go and know 100% it will work with your own material.
