Sorry for the title but I can not think of what they might be called.

I am looking to add the vinyl roll up / retractable show posters to my stage. They are not a back drop per sae. Any ideas what they are called and who has the best ones online?

This kind of thing? If so, the ones I have I got from Kinkos years ago but it looks like there are better prices out there.

Most quick printers and copy centers sell them, different qualities etc.

I would check your prices locally though.

This website sells them for a great price. I've ordered 7 banners from them.
http://www.ahbanner.com/

My banners look like this: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150626686937697&l=d9aa56f25c Let me know if you need something designed.

Just a heads up.

I ordered from ahbanner.com back in December. I still don't have the banners and they aren't responding to emails. Their credit card processing company has been trying to contact them for weeks now, and it putting through a refund for me.

I recommend you avoid them, as it's been a huge hassle for me.

One thing about buying locally is you save on shipping, possible damage, and with having a printed banner if there is any issue with the printing they will likely redo it.

Of course price is a consideration, but why not check out local.

I just got my refund through ahbanner.com's credit card processor. They said ahbanner didn't respond. It took two months, and lots of emails to ahbanner (with no replies on their part) but I finally got my money back.

Don't risk ordering from them, use a local printer or look for something here in the states.

Just my thoughts!

Most local printers like Staples and FedEx Office do not have the ability to actually print and assemble the banner; they send the order to a wholesale company that prints and assembles the banner and ships them to the retail store; so even if you are looking at a sample in the store, if that sample was ordered several years ago by the retail dealer, because of current costs, it may not be the same type as you purchased and will be receiving, so make sure what you are looking at is what you will be getting.

They are called retractable banner stands. I buy mine from zooprinting.com. I paid $99 f0r the last one. You can also find them on ebay with or without the printing included.
