I just saw this preformed by derek Hughes and it was great!I have been eyeing this effect for awhile and I am really glad I have seen this preformed live. Does anyone else preform and if so how do you lie it?

Timothy Wenk's Insomnia is a fun alternative to Professor's Nightmare, although a bit more complicated to learn. You are supplied with different colored ropes for learning purposes.
I like it and best of all...everyone else isn't doing it (as with PN)!

I do Insomnia as part of my World's Longest Professor's Nightmare Routine, as an "explanation of how it's done". The routine is based on the idea that it's all an optical illusion; then at the end I "admit" to using trickery and go into Insomnia. Finally, I ask everyone not to "reveal the secret." Great fun!

Murf's rope routine is well worth seeing. Take the opportunity when you can.
