I hope there isn't a price increase just yet as I am still saving up for this!

I thought most discussion on this book would be on the information inside it. I'm surprised people are so concerned about where it was printed, especially as it's not a secret that Neal Scryer and Friends was printed by Lulu. I chose them deliberately, after checking several other possibilities. The reason for this is the cost of posting a heavy book around the world from New Zealand. I wanted to track and trace each order, too, and Lulu have that as an option. Lulu printed the books in bulk for Stevens Magic, and printed them one at a time for my customers. I would have happily told this to anyone if they'd emailed me, but no one did. The book is not a limited edition, and we intend keeping it in print indefinitely. We'll stop selling it at some point, but have no idea when that will be.

You told me most of this Richard when I got in contact, I wholeheartedly agree with your decision and it kind of upsets me when people see some books as an investment to make money on first and the contents are only a secondary concern.
I personally own rare and out of print books including both of Neal's books, all of derren brown's books (all purchased when first released)
These I would never sell and would also not by additional copies to sell for profit.
Maybe this is just my personality!
I feel in future some works will be sold privately between distributor and customer which would include some kind of contract to preclude selling it on for profit.
When I can afford it I will purchase my only copy.
Regards
Dr Robert Dodge.

Thank-you Richard for that clarification. I wonder why Clay was posting to the contrary.
There have been no complaints about what is a high priced book congratulations of putting together something that people evidently think is worth over $200.

I received in the morning this beautiful compendium and I am already enjoying each reading.
I record the unpacking. If you want to see it just click the word SCRYER
I am sure that Neal blurred the focus of my camera.

Thanks for making the video Pablo. I was really excited to see it being unpacked - it really does look like a piece of art. I noticed you didn't smell the pages. Would you be able to make another video of you smelling the pages and describe for us the impressions you are getting?

Come on now Davit!! ... You had your say about folks trying to "create false urgency" ... and as funny as the image of Pablo sniffing the pages is... hahahah.. Why can't it just be left at that?
Never fail to make me laugh though... I'll give ya that!
Hope you are well mate.

C'mon, guys. Geez.
That was FUNNY. You got to give Davit that. It was seriously funny. I don't remember the last time I read something that made me laugh out loud. A masterclass in sarcasm...
And nothing to be taken away from Pablo. He's excited -- I think we all were -- to get this book. But I never actually sniffed the pages. Hmmm...I wonder what they actually DO smell like.
Not that I would actually DO it...like...not ummm...personally.

You are a freaking mindreader. I smell the pages after the video and even I smoke one.
Wonderful vanilla touch.

What's the saying: "You can't unsee something you've seen"?
You can now officially add:"You cannot unimagine something you've imagined." It's a mental picture that...well...never mind.
Bob, Looch...etc...please feel free NOT add an aromatic component to anything I order from you.
Thank you.

That's the book that features my AFAAN effect. Participant thinks of any card, shuffles pack and then deals them one at a time, face down, onto my hand.
Suddenly, the tense silence is shattered by a resounding fart and the dealing ceases.(Mainly because the spectator is knocked back by the blast.) The last card dealt is the very one thought of by the participant!
Do it anywhere, anytime! Great for table hopping in fine restaurants!

My copy arrives today (according to FedEx Tracking) and I can't wait! I did experience one moment of disappointment with Pablo's video, however:
You cut your way through the packing tape to reveal a sealed box.
You open the box to find your book wrapped securely in bubble wrap.
You cut through the bubblewrap (and didn't stop to pop the bubbles, Pablo???) to discover the book is hermetically sealed in plastic.
You cut through the plastic.
You open the book and...
WHAT? No freaking prediction???

An outstanding effect! I use it in every show...five stars. Well worth every cent Bob's charging.

Not true, there are a few who don't count. Anyways...
It's here! It's here! And I smelled the pages and licked the cover and... and... I will love it, and hug it, and squeeze it, and I will call it George!

I received my book last week.
I've read only about about a quarter of it so far, and have not been disappointed!
This book delivers!

I'm beginning to feel like I missed out on something wonderful by the book having been handed to me by Neil, thus preventing my not getting the chance to open up a parcel in anticipation.
Next time I'll have it mailed across the street......LOL

I'm very happy with everything I've read so far. So much to pick and choose from.
So much variety, routines and ideas.
Some of the highlights so far for me are from the following minds:
Tony Eye
Riggs
Weber
Paralabs
Paul Shirley
iain dunford
and Scryer
I'm not reading in order just opening the book to wherever it leads me.
Loving it, and I have only read a little.
Thanks Mr. Webster and Mr. Scryer for such an excellent tomb of material.
Thanks also to Stevens Magic for their care and handling of the shipping process.

Just got my copy yesterday!
Did not have much time, so I randomly opened to a page and found Group Psychometry. This is something I can put to use immediately at a dinner gathering this weekend. If this is what I can get with a quick glance of the book, I really look forward to sitting down and reading it in more detail!

I'm just about to start reading the routine with the paper balls and q&a...
I have laughed out loud on several occasions so far, which is always a good sign for me and a mentalism book - it only happens when I read something that really appeals to me, and literally "tickles me" from the inside, out...
