I am getting a message that I have 60 or 61 PMs but I deleted all but 4 that are ongoing.
Am I doing something wrong.
Can you please help with this.

You deleted them from your in box but you have to go to your trash box and delete them from there as well.

I'm concerned that I'm not getting PM's; I know that there have been a couple that I've been sent that have simply NOT materialised, plus I have sent some that I KNOW haven't arrived.
I only have 11 topics, so can't be that.
Please let me know what's going on because I have missed some extremely important correspondence as a result....

Check this first. Go to your preferences tab in the upper right corner of the page. There the 3rd option is to block receipt of PM's. Make sure that is checked to NO.

Not that; all settings as they should be (I'm also supposed to receive email notifications)

I got your PM. I logged in as you and sent a PM. It came through to you without any problems. I tried this several times and I don't see any problems with your account.
I don't see any PM's that have been sent that weren't delivered.
Since your PM to me was received and the ones I sent to you were received, I'm not sure what you are seeing as a problem. If it happens again, let me know and take a look right away.
