Well after taking all of your improvments in and trying to apply them this is what my bottom deal looks like it is a little bit of a variation on AMcD's deal which is great by the way.I decided I was going to post the first vid I took of the deal as to give an acurate representation of what it would be like if you walked up to me and asked me to deal bottoms so please understand that yes I could have taken another vid and tryed to get it perfect but I think its better this way,in this video I also try to deal at a regular pace instead of thoes super fast deals that are all over youtube, anyway here it is hope you all like it

Look great to me, I like your moderate speed dealing, no finger flash. Have you ever try to sail your bottoms?
Cordialement,
Jackouille.

The timing is wrong, listen to your deal...

"Wrong?"
The timing will always be at least somewhat off, and justifiably so, since he's switching from sailing the cards to dealing his straight down.
If the timing were off when all the cards are sailed, or when all the cards are dealt straight down, then I'd be concerned.

David, would it be possible to film your bottoms from head-height? The perspective of the video now is as if someone is lying their head down on the table. With these videos it's hard to critique what may need to be corrected from the angles that really matter.

@BrandonWilliams:
Are you a magician or what?
@DavidGold:
I know you are talking just about technique, but don't you think dealing hands of texas holdem is more appropriate than 5 card poker?
Whatever, to me, it looks good.

Thank you for all your corrections and praise
NFS yes I think I could get one of my mates to film at head height for you I will put it up on this thread very soon. good idea
Cartouche, yes I'm a big hold,em player so normally I would only need 2 cards and if you are thinking in terms of a true cheat he may only need one card all night, but I thought for a demo it would be good to deal a 4 or a kind as it gives the people watching and correcting a better chance to see tempo and its also just looks plain cool to see a four of a kind fly out of the deck but in short, yes the 5 cards was not how I would deal in a real game, good catch
BrandonWilliams,of course my tempo is a bit off as NFS said I am switching from sailing to dealing down to myself, I'm trying to emulate a round of cards, how many times have you seen a dealer deal all the cards down in front of him and then push the hands to the players this would be a huge breech in protocall and would provide more heat than the deal its self ever could.
Thank you for the post

The style and technique are very good, you have made good choices.
The execution needs polishing... soften the take.
I know many here say sound is not an issue but for you I think it still is. At any rate, even if sound is not important it is indicative of not having mastered the take.
The faster version video was not as good as the first.
Good work over all... keep at it. If you do not consider it to be a "finished" product, and keep trying to improve, you will have an incredible deal very soon.

Take a look at the vernon revelations vol.11 I think. There's some stuff on the bottom deal take on there that I think you might usefully incorporate.

I agree with Brandon. The timing seems off due to the clunkiness of the actual deal. It looks to my eyes as is you're trying to get a grip on the bottom card before dealing it, instead of just plucking it out, which kind of distorts the rythym a little. You might try dealing all of the hands to the table instead of sailing any of them, and deal the bottom on, say, the third hand instead of yours, just for practice. Then, you'll be able to see if the timing and rythym on the bottom looks like that of the other hands. Once you're satisfied with that, go back to sailing and you may see a difference.
