Get ready... in co-operation with David Regal and combined work with Dean Dill, we will soon be offering sets of cups to do Regal's great routine. STAY TOONED, hopefully in 30 days.

Yep, count me in too! I've been way too busy (probably should be restated as lazy) to put a set of these together.

Any ideas on cost?

Sorry, I've already put together my own set years ago. I have to say it was somewhat a bit of a challenge, but well worth the challenge.

There’s been a change of plans - David loves my cups, and was trying to use them in his set, but it turns out that the machinist involved wants to start from scratch and make original blocks. So Dean and I won’t be involved, but the project is in process!

Pete, a while back you mentioned some new cup project. I thought you mentioned Porper's name. Is that still on or was I hallucinating again?

Porper is working on a new cup design. The prototype he made wound up in the trash and he's starting over.

I've always wanted a set of Joe's cups. Can't wait to see the new design. Keep us posted on both.

On the one hand, I'm excited that David is releasing his C&B routine, with or without the props.

On the other hand, I'm sad that he's releasing his C&B routine, because I imagine there will be a plethora of people of deficient skill butchering a masterpiece.

In any case, no one will be able to bring to it what David does.

David Regal's "Cups & Balls & Cups & Balls" was published in "Constant Fooling" volume 1 in 2002. It's also on his DVD set, "The Magic of David Regal" by L&L, which came out in 2001.

So it's been published for awhile. It'll be interesting to see what Dean Dill has done with it.

I would imagine that since nothing new has been said on this that the answer would be no. Projects like this take time. It could be weeks or even months before anywhere hears that this set of cups are just about ready and pre orders are being taken etc..
