I've been searching suppliers and I've found lots of shimmed s**lls, but what's the value of shimmed half dollars (not s**lls)? I have 4 sitting in the closet and was going to post them in the tricks for sale, but I have no recollection of what I paid for them and can't find any with Google.
Sorry if the info is here somewhere, I haven't been able to find it. Also have a gold plated Kennedy half I'd like to sell (not real gold, just gold coloured). Thanks. |

Good question but looks like no one has an answer for this.

Prices for these unique coins and gaffs are rarely shared. Such things as manufacturer and date imply value. But Buyers will rarely tell you what they paid. Sometimes they forget! Google and eBay searches may help, but may be best to just advertise at a price you think makes sense. If it doesn't you most likely will hear opinions immediately from magicians who own like goods or have specific knowledge.

You can use them in any effect designed for a Hooked Coin and easily attach them to your person in preparation for a Load. I might even buy them for a "give away" price as I use them in a Chop Cup routine.
