Does anyone know who Frank N. Dodd or Shirley-cue were? I found a letter from him to Shirley-cue dated Jun 25, 1941. The letterhead has an address of "P. O. B. 216, Babylon, New York". In it he gives advice to Shirley-cue about an upcoming performance. I'm curious who they are but haven't been able to find anything about them.

Thanks,
Frank
