Yes it is. Daryl's Expert Rope Magic Made Easy. Volume 3 "The Great White Rope". Check with your favorite dealer.

Thanks for asking, waltsal. I have had Daryl's routine for ages as a really cool poster with typed instructions, but it is quite difficult to follow. I have learned many of the moves through trial and error and watching clips of various performers (including Daryl), but had not searched for the entire routine on a teaching video. May invest in that soon. . .

The Encylopedia of Rope Magic contains hundreds of effects, most of which no one ever does nowadays, and no one knows about, and so could become "reputation makers" if you come up with a good presentation. But it predates Sands so does not contain all the stuff that derives from him (Fiber Optics etc).
The Fulves self-working rope magic book is also useful.
