This is a false gamblers table cut, does anyone know the creator of this move .

Looks like a minor variation of Miller's Tabled Pass ala Brent Braun:

Yep, looks like the Miller spin pass which I've been in love with since I first learned it 3-4 years ago!

I love that move. I have actually been using it as a multiple shift lately.

If you are the one cutting the deck, you can try changing the order of things: Do the Spin Pass at any position close to the middle of the deck, as you move the deck closer to you to leave room on the table, but don't complete the pass. Instead immediately cut the "top" portion to the spot you just cleared. Return with the hand to place the remaining half on top.

This is Miller Spin Pass. You should check Brent Braun's Charlie Miller table spin pass. You can have lots of tips from him
