Great job, Mr. Biro. One wonders why it took so long for someone to put out a book devoted to the Linking Rings. It is one of those rare books on magic on the market today that has something magicians can actually use. Congratulations.

Went to lunch today at the Magic Castle with a briefcase full of books... and sold 'em all. On May 17, 4:30 P.M. will do a book signing at the Magic Apple. Shoot Ogawa lecture follows. Should be fun.

I am working through the book little by little. I have gotten through 49 pages so far - still have a ways to go! Much of the material I am familiar with, but for every one that I am familiar with, there are another one or two that is new to me, or at least different than what I knew. This book is a fantastic, first-rate resource that I would equate with the level of Rings In Your Fingers by Dariel Fitzkee (as it was when it was first published) and the Ultimate Guide To the Linking Rings DVD set by Levent. This book is destined to become another classic resource, and why not? As waltsal said above, it is about time a modern book (an actual book, not a booklet or a few pages) was written on the linking rings.
Well done Pete!

Got my copy today! It's a book to be savored as it is jam-packed full of great stuff -- history, routines, and ideas.
Pete's going to be at the Magic Apple today (Thursday 5/17/12) signing copies. If you're in the Los Angeles area, pick one up!

This is one tremendous book. Came Friday, couldn't put it down. On my third read through now. I thought I knew a lot about the rings, this goes way beyond my knowledge base. Great history, probably the best ever written. The routines and moves will make this a greater classic to the Rings than Garcia's Sponge Ball Encyclopedia was to sponge balls. I've bought other texts by Pete and wasn't disappointed, but this one blew me away. Move over Books of Wonder another classic to add to the classic shelf.

I got to peruse Mr. Biro's book at IMX and hear him lecture a little on the rings.
My friend Michael snagged one of the first ones.
If you like:
A) Magic History
B)Magic Technique
C) Magic Trivia
D) The Linking Rings or
E) Pete Biro...
Then get this book, hunker down on the sofa, turn on the lamp, and read-read-read!

I just got this book, looking forward to read it. Been investigating, reading and watching ring material for some time. Hopefully in the future I'll have a routine I can show everyone
Thanks Pete for contributing to magic history with this book, paying tribute to one of the classics...
