I've never used one of these, but I have an idea for it. My question is, does this work like a Foo Can? Can you pour water back out once its poured into it?

A typical confetti bucket is not like a foo can. But you can modify the design to achieve something similar. I have used Gaeton Bloom's Inexhaustable Sponge with and added compartment to hold the confetti. The standard gag is just a switch of the bucket of water for a bucket of confetti.

The confetti bucket that is sold in magic stores does not involve a switch but no, you can not pour water back out from it.
