So our friends at Subdividedstudios have been cooking up a few things in their magic kitchen over the past few months for some new releases at IMX (they've been posting teasers on their FB page).
HOWEVER---
They announced a new project- Legacy Emergency Kit!

It's the ability to tie IET Bands on the go if you have forgotten to bring some bands or left your Trinity at home or if all the ones you had broke.
This looks like a dream come true - how did they ever find time to develop this with all their other projects?

Oh yeah Matt, Sebashtion seems to be having a lot of fun making this thing happen and teasing us. But if its anything like what he has come out with already, it will be top notch... Big fan of Trinity and Legacy.

Yes Having a bit of fun Teasing this a bit.......... We are trying to have this ready to bring to IMX!!!!!!! The Legacy Emergency Kit is not a replacement for the Trinity System but a companion for when you forgot your Trinity or forgot to tie your bands....
The L.E.K. will include 300ft of Legacy Thread, a handy Dispenser, (Which We Buy On The Open Market!!) scissors, the Poster Tack, and a digital Download explaining how to tie on the go, how to tie Body Bands, 3 effects from Justin Miller (New Ones, not the ones from the Trinity System) 2 of them will be on the first download and the 3rd will be filmed on May 22nd and as soon as we have our grubby paws on it we will send you the link, and one basic effect from Me.
With the L.E.K. you can be walking up to the Table tying and be ready to go! once you have the way to tie down you only have to look at the thread twice during the Tying. We sit in the Magic shop hanging out tying bands for IMX and have full conversations with other magicians looking them in the face while tying!!!!!!!! we will be tying on the Plane to IMX, and have tied in the car (not driving sitting passenger).

At $40 this looks to be a great deal.
P.S. If the L.E.K. stands up to the hype, I fear that the Trinity and similar Systems will become redundant.

From start to finish (pulling thread out the container to stretching the band)about 40 seconds, once you get it down!!!!! Right out the box, while watching the video, longer.

The L.E.K. is not to be a replacement for the Trinity system, but a companion..... if you forgot to tie or went out of town and forgot your Trinity System, this will save the day.
We are really Thankful with the past five years of the Trinity System growing so popular and do not want to have any one think that we are replacing the Trinity system.......
The L.E.K. Is the Gap filler for the times you don't have your Bands with you or your Trinity System.....

I'm curious to see what this kit looks like. I completely understand if you guys do not want to show it, but I'm wondering how small and convenient it is to carry on one's person.

Pretty sure a midget could, but as far as no pockets go, I'd take the Seinfeld approach - wear a belt that has pockets sewn onto it - that way if you're in the nude, you can still put your hands in your pockets!

. . . and with that I see a bold WARNING sign. Looks like the Warning banner is to tame the notorious and his lawyers who might or shall I say, will go all-out to sabotage LEK. Also the most common term 'Loops' is named as 'Bands'.
