This is my hands down favorite of the one-of-a-kind props I will be showing at Abracorndabra. My good friend Michael Baker painted the box and made this light heavy chest a true work of art. Hope to see you there.

That's gorgeous.

Where did you get the latch? I was looking for those exact ones last year, but all I could find was a wholesale place that had a huge minimum order.

Latest column: That's cool, but why are you doing it?

George,

We looked for these forever. We found them at UMX inc. 21128 commerce point drive Walnut CA. You have to call to order them. They come in several finishes but are all solid and very heavy duty. They come in bags of four so that's the min. order. They also have 2 sizes. The one in the picture is the large one in gold.

There is no way I would let a spectator touch that beautiful art work. Dirty, grimy, sweaty, hands on that work of art. Are you kidding me!

Now if she was a 5'1", beautiful blonde, that would be a different story. She could touch my box all she wanted.

Looking forward to seeing the finished product first hand! It was just a shell box the last time I saw it!
