Hi Boydy! That looks like Tin Wenk's MisLed:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzQLQRaigj4 PM Vinny Marini. He has a no gimmick one that is just as good! Doug |

It looks like it but this says there is no gimmick.

Where exactly does it say "no gimmick"?

It reads no Extra gimmick so I guess the pencil must be gimmicked

It kind of looks like it is a bit different than Tin Wenk's trick. You may be right, boydy. The pencil must be gimmicked, but I can't find where it says that on the page you linked above...

Probably this is a re-release. This is not a new item from Astor. It was released more than 5 years ago. I have seen it. Some fumbling required. Not worth the price IMO.

Fumbling is clearly seen on the demo video. guess it's an optimized missled

Old thread, I know, but just picked up this trick.
Though, it requires a bit more cover than Misled, I really like it. Gimmick is built into pencil, rather than separate. A decent replacement if you lose or break your Misled, since Misled's not available anymore. https://www.seomagic-usa.com/catalog/pro......_id/2083 |

Cameron Francis has an ungimmick version (can used borrowed bill and pen) that duplicates the two types of penetrations (vertical stab & horizontal melt) seen in Misled. Cameron's trick is called Driven.

I picked up the Astor version recently at Blackpool as I was impressed by his demo and how clean this was. I really like the method and its very easy to do. Not sure I understand the comments above regarding fumbling, I can perform this easily without any fumbling and I didn't notice any fumbling when Astor performed this for me at the Weekend. I highly recommend this as its direct, very easy to do and very clean.
