Actually, for my own use, I thought that after the spectator taking the card from the inner right jacket pocket, the production of the last card wasn't climatic enough. So the last card turns out not to be one of the signed cards (like a miss due to an interfering card). So for the last card, after discovering the miss, I follow Bill Tarr's plot with a different technique. I top change the "interfering card" for the signed card, place it face down in the spectator's breast pocket, and ask him to place his hand on it as I top palm the interfering card. My hand gets back to the inner left jacket pocket where the signed card is now supposed to have arrived since the interfering card is neutralized, and seemingly triumphant in my correction of a miss, I pull out the card (the interfering card) but let the audience discover my new mistake before I do. Then the spectators mentally ask themselves "if the card from the pocket is again the "miss" which card is in the spectator's breast pocket under his hand... and naturally it's the signed card.
This is only my attempt to add a climax to Mr Fogg's revelation of the last card's magical travel, and suggest that what happened in my pockets could have happened in the spectator's pocket under his hand...
Magic is the art of emotionally sharing live impossible situations

What are among your favorite "non-palm" card to pockets?

I've got a no-palm card to pocket in the same vein as John Guastaferro's Homage to Homing with a kicker ending that has fooled many a magician. It's in my current lecture notes.
I also have to disagree about Dai Vernon's Travelers. It's a beautifully structured effect. I perform it occasionally.

Don't know if it "fits," but you might want to check out my Magician Vs Gambler routine.

I just downloaded Aldo Colombini's no-palm card to pocket, out of curiosity mainly. It's a nice little routine - I'll be working on it as I can see myself performing it. Works well if you tie in a little comedy with your magic.

Does anyone know where I can find the routine where the spectators signed card goes to the pocket a few times and then 51 cards go to the pocket and the spectators card remains in the hand.

While he wasn't the first to feature the 51-to-pocket climax, David Williamson's "51 Cards to Pocket" is generally regarded as the trick that popularized the premise. That's most likely what you're thinking of.

What you're looking for is a Homing Card routine with the 51 cards to pocket kicker ending. I used to do Homing Cards Plus from Roberto Giobbi's Card College, which is an excellent version of this - a quite similar routine can be seen by Derek Hughes on AGT (if I recall correctly, Derek has made some changes to the handling, but it is similar - and of course the presentation is all his own). The one that I have started doing more and has been a real workhorse for me over the last few years has been the variation of the plot that Terry Ward shares on his Art of Play 3-DVD set from the Magic Estate. This one is a bit more involved - there is a lot of byplay, a card location, a transposition, etc. and then it ends with a homing card and 51-to-pocket sequence at the end. I've added a couple of my own bits to it and modified the presentation a bit, but it has really served me well. That's three presentations you can check out off the top of my head.
