I bring a regular deck of cards, rubberbands, and sharpies. There are other props as well, but they change depending on what I want to perform that day.

I always carry a balloon for if I'm somewhere like a Dr.'s office and a kid or two are there, I'll rip the nipple off (Detach-Rick Lax)
As soon as they see you're blowing up a balloon, they're watching you. lol. A couple elastics for Melting point, and my Ignition Key through bill ( or receipt) when I'm at a cash register. I may also carry Extreme Burn, some coins, Cinch and Two Dollar Window. I sometimes perform a Strike Change with a dime and penny when in a room with a few people, and depending on the crowd may dump the penny out of the pen cap as an ending. If at a party, I'll borrow a woman's ring and levitate it between my fingertips, and I carry a small plastic diamond I "accidentally" let drop out before I do. lol. the majority of the tricks I do are quick and over with,( I don't get out much) and occasionally I'll just smile, turn and walk away afterwards which leaves them looking at the bill or whatever, wondering, " Who was that masked man?" lol.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

At the very least, I will have one deck of cards, a sharpie and my JOL wallet in which I always carry some business cards and a couple of packet tricks.

I usually carry Powerball 60 in my wallet, a thumb tip (you never know), a leather shoelace and my pinky ring, and two decks of bicycles (one regular - one stacked). This is more than enough to entertain people. I will occasionally carry a sharpie and a bug writer. Sometimes a fire wallet or Shawn Farquar's Card to Wallet.

Sharpie, Card-to-Wallet, ungimmicked pack, ID, business cards and very occasionally coin in bottle.
The ID is the most important and it's the only thing I will not go anywhere without, ever. For example, if I'm going out and I don't want to do any magic, I still take the ID because you never know when you'll get asked to perform. Usually, it's enough to appease anyone desperate for a trick. |

Lately I've been bringing a pen-though-whatever along with a shell penny and regular dime as a followup with the "special" end of the pen. Much as I try to resist, I almost always have dental floss ready for the Gypsy Thread. I'm too old to change now.
At least I've stopped carrying around that thin model sawing everywhere I go.... |

I never leave home without my wallet, of course. And in that, I always have Extreme Burn, Powerball 60, blank business cards. Also a great mentalism routine called Shortlist from the Stealth Assassin DVD

I always have a deck of standard Bicycles, my invisible deck (with the box held shut by two rubber bands), two more rubber bands on my wrist, and I usually have a gimmicked bottle/pen for Calen Morelli's pen through bottle trick in my car. Oh, I also usually have a notecard in my wallet for a prediction routine.
