Lol...Lotta sucking up and scrambling going on here since the announcement of exclusivity. Some are already regretting their over-aggressiveness. I would think you would want to be accepted or selected due to merit, level of experience, intent and real world performing ability rather than ooogling? I'm thinking of a color and a body part.... Atlas has it, do you?

Why don't we just let atlas be for the time being, and let the thread move on...i'm sure he'll let us know when its time to order and how...
just seems a lot of people are now panicking or sniffing around for clues...lets give the poor bloke a rest and leave it be for the time being... |

If we let him get on with the job it will be available quicker!

Steve, if you get locked up for murder, would you be Missing In Action ;-)

I think it only fair to point out that Atlas very graciously turned down my offer of bumping someone off for him.
You just can't please some people. @Zach, It would be the perfect opportunity to practice prop-free mentalism. @Geaorge, since M.I.A. started life as something called Death Row it seems to fit perfectly. steve |

Hi All,
I was chatting with Atlas last night and, despite our different feelings about the "designated hitter" , he train-tracked me (the word was "couch"). He then described several different approaches and applications of TT; the more he spoke, the more I smiled... and smiled... Regards, Steve

I think it's already sold without any further praise. At this point, kinda like pouring gasoline on a fire.

I am already planning to incorporate train tracking into my show...how much time should I budget for this particular performance piece? In other words, how much time is needed to train track someone? Thanks.

I have one request...can books be autographed by atlas, and also numbered...I think it would add an element of individuality and uniqueness...a signed copy can only add more class to an already exceptional offering to the mentalism community, in my opinion. Thanks for your consideration, Atlas!

On Jun 1, 2014, insight wrote: The first time Atlas demonstrated this on me, it turned out that my chosen word was one of the more difficult to Track, and the process took about 3 minutes without rushing, but with a simple reveal at the end. A later demonstration with a clearer word and me having an idea of what was happening, it was about 1 minute. BUT... because the Train Tracking system is interactive, some of the speed depends on the thought processes of your participant and how quickly THEY can move from track to track. Also, be aware that the numbers I've just quoted are for "bare bones" performance. Most people will embellish the process in some way to make it more beautiful/fun/fooling/amusing. Plus, the nature of your reveal will add time. All that said, TT is (in my mind) flexible enough to use as a fast stand-alone effect for 3-5 minutes, or as the driving force in a longer routine with multiple spectators and multiple styles of reveal over 15 minutes.

There are a few ways I use it on stage, and it is quick, direct, and powerful. And up close, the meat and potatoes of Train Tracking usually takes about a minute to perform. However, in the end, the speed you go is entirely up to you and what you are comfortable with in that specific set of circumstances. Best, Atlas |

Just a thought - For close-up performances can it be performed for two people at the same time. E.g. for a young couple with a different word each ?
Perhaps highlighting the differences/similaries in the way that males and females think when choosing a word. |

Hi Gordon,
I've never actually thought about doing that, but yeah - it could be done that way. Good idea. I may just try that! Best, Atlas |
