D. Robbins stopped carrying the Londono 50ft mouth coils. Anyone know where else you can buy these wholesale?
Thanks! |

Yeah, they're the ones who got me hooked on the Londono ones. The India ones aren't terrible, but I still prefer the Londono ones. I think the colors were more vibrant and the paper was a little better quality. The price was very close to the India ones.

I can't find Londono 50' coils anywhere anymore. They must not make them anymore. D.Robbins still stocks the 25'.
Maybe we can talk about mouth coils some more. I tried the Andy Amyx coils. Pro's vibrant colors, because they are plastic they hold up better in the mouth. cons--only 25' I'm just about to try the 50' ones from India, but I can see what you mean about the colors not being as bright. Anyone else have some recommendations?

I just ordered Londono ones on e-bay. I also find Cresey's to be very well made, especially the money mouth coils.

Andy Amyx makes his in a 50 foot length, and FAB Magic carries the Londono Coils in 50 ft also. The India ones from Robbins are good but very large. About half again as big as Cressey's. I have used all of them, and it depends how comfortable you are with palming something.
I hope that helps. Jef

Very helpful Jef, thanks.
On a side note, is FAB Magic affiliated with Abbott's in any way?

Oh no, FAB is really trying to bring back the "Magic Capitol of the World" to Colon but he has ticked off a pile of people trying to do so.
I like Rick, he is a nice guy. I wouldn't ask Abbott's what they think of him though. LOL

Interesting, FAB magic features the biography of Percy Abbott on the front page of their web site!

Jeff,
Where did you see the Londono coils? I searched for "londono" and "mouth coil" on their website and nothing came up. Thanks much! Kevin |

I'd call Rick. That might be easier.
In regards to Percy Abbott on the site, Percy's daughter was associated with Rick from the start. "F" for Fisher, "A" for Abbott, and I don't know what the "B" stand for. I heard once it was for Blackstone but I don't know...I'll have to ask Rick about it.

So...Rick, what does the B stand for?

Well no the B does not stand for Blackstone - yes, the Abbott children have been my business partner since our inception 12 years ago. With their help we wrote a book on the life of Percy Abbott: Magical Years - now in its 4th printing...

$14 isn't wholesale, that's pretty expensive! I'm looking for wholesale quantity and pricing. Anyone have any other source for wholesale Londono coils?

Wholesale pricing is meant for 'dealers' not individuals -

The term wholesale refers to quantity, not intent. Wholesalers don't care if my intent is to use the item for myself or resell it, they just want me to meet their minimum selling amounts. When I buy mouth coils, I buy 500 at a time. That's wholesale! |
