The Rider-Waite deck is so ubiquitous that I tend to forget about it. If you plan to mark the cards yourself, and are just looking for a deck that is similar in size to a poker deck, then you have a lot of options. There are "mini" or "pocket" versions of many of the popular tarot decks available (even Tarot of the Cats... ), and most are close to the dimensions you seek.

Thanks for the info guys. I’m going to look into the marking system by Neil. I do you have an older deck that’s marked by a black heart. It’s the juggular Tarot which unfortunately I cannot find available anymore. I’m afraid to bring them out and use them these days due to the fact that I feel they’re not replaceable but such a beautifully marked deck.
