REVIEW FLASHBACK: Tenyo's 4-D Surprise
Rating 3.5 out of 5 stars. Tenyo strikes again. The performer takes a small handheld plastic base and a small plastic multi-color background and places it onto the base. A semi-transparent box is shown to be empty and is placed on the base. The audience can see that there is nothing in it. The background is removed from the base and placed back so that the spectator sees that there is nothing in the box. With the snap of a finger, the clear plastic box is removed and inside is a miniature Statue of Liberty. Your audience will want you to repeat the trick, which you will be able to do with an extra supplied gimmick, so long as you have another miniature figurine to produce. The resent is instant. Although you need to be conscious of the angles and this effect can only be performed with spectators directly in front of you, this trick will fool any non-magician. It is fun and easy to perform and takes no longer than a few seconds to present through this trick. It is not likely to become a part of a worker's set since the handheld clear plastic box is delicate, but the trick produces a fantastic surprise appearance. Tenyo credits Lubor Fiedler as the creator of the principle behind this trick. The Japanese language promotional video accurately demonstrates the presentation and effect and the trick comes with easy to follow English instructions with clear diagrams. You will be able to perform this effect within a minute of reading the instructions. Although I think that a $55 price-tag is a bit high for this trick, if you like the effect in the promotional video and buy it, you won't be disappointed when it arrives in the mail. www.mylovelyassistant.com/reviews/view/4090

Looks like it could be used as a nice production for a Mercury fold card?

No-one else with a thought on a Mercury fold production ... is this not possible?
