What is the difference from this and what is on Burger Magical Voyages? 21st bill transposition? Does he have improvements?

Agreed. I took this just now simply by his appearance and the way he spoke on the video. I don't even know if I can use this with the bills on my country. But, I get the feeling that I can get more than just his transpo effect-- which is seems so awesome, btw. Still downloading the video. Gonna watch 'em soon..

There's an item in Apocalypse (Dec 1979), which I used for many years, called five-one transposition which looks pretty much like this. It's by A. Berkeley Davis and he credits the effect to Francis Carlyle.

I would say the big difference, if I recall correctly, is that the bills in that version are both borrowed. This version requires you to use a bill of your own, but the gaff is easier to handle and I would say more convincing. Lastly, the way you effect the change I think in this version is slightly better. The downside, of course, is that the bill isn't borrowed and therefore can't be examined too closely.

It is essentially very similar to the Klause version (which he is very open to admit). I'd used every version that Eugene released in the past until the money changed so much that it was just no longer feasible. A friend recommended the Klause version, and that's what I was using. Eugene recommends using a $20 and a $1, and the $20 is his...but I have a gimmicked $1 because it works better for my presentation. What I am thinking of doing is making it up in a $20 also since someone might not have a $5.
I will say that after viewing Eugene's handling yesterday, I took my gimmicked bill out of my wallet and worked on applying that handling. It is a very deceptive handling, and believe me when I say that no one asks to see the bill. At least, I've never had anyone ask.

Does anyone fold the bill so that the one dollar bill is showing the green side instead of the black side as taught. It seems to me that there is a discrepancy when you talked the gimmicked 20 out of the spectators hand

Hi Guys!
First, I'd like to say that I love and respect Eugene Burger, as he's an amazing man. I normally wouldn't discuss this on someone else's thread, however, just for the record, I thought I should mention this. This particular effect/routine looks somewhat similar to "Cool Cash" which was first published back in 2008 on the "Above Top Secret" DVD by John T. Sheets. The "Cool Cash"routine was originally inspired by Roger Klause and Bob McCallister, and I feel that it far advances this effect and handling from previous versions. Within the last few years, the "Cool Cash" effect has been totally re-shot and re-edited, and is currently in the process of being re-released by a new producer, Kosmo of Reel Magic Magazine. This new DVD will not only include the original "Cool Cash" routine, but also several updates, as well as 7 other original bill effects/routines, making a total of 8 amazing bill effects/routines on one DVD! The new DVD is simply called "Cool Cash" and is slated to be released next month! So, I hope that many of you will make note of the "Above Top Secret" DVD, and will also look forward to the new "Cool Cash" DVD. I appreciate your support, and good luck to Mr. Burger on his new release!

Yea this is a KILLER project some extremely visual changes. We've been working on it for several years.....this is well worth the wait. It will come with everything needed to do ALL of these visual changes. This will be a best seller it is just simply KILLER magic by a pro who's been doing these routines for years and years.....

I've been practicing this effect for a little while now. Has anyone found any issues with bringing out the bills yourself? Do audience members ask to see the bills?

I wonder what ever happened with this, as this was posted almost a year ago?

Haha well I also just purchased the bill test, very cool to see a response. In the DVD you mentioned you were doing a version of Burgers Slow motion bill transpo... was it this version?

It's kind of funny how much magicians' personal preferences can come in to play. I've played with a lot of bill transpos, and a lot of transpos in general. When Bill Test came out, I purchased it and carried it in my wallet next to my Slow Motion Bill Transpo. I like both, but for me I found I used Eugene's Slow Motion transpo much more often. Out of the dozens and dozens of performances, I have never had someone ask to see the money or even question it, and the method allows for a very clean, open, and casual handling. Not having to borrow money also means I get to control the pace of the performance from start to finish. It's not that Bill Test isn't a great effect, but for me it added unnecessary complications to the performance. I kind of think it's best to get both types of transpos and try them out for yourself to see which works best for you. Both are great.
