Hi all,
I had the priviledge to be a guest at the home of Peter Pellikan last week. I have not heard of this magician before, but he found me on FB and because he lives 5 min away, he invited me over. When he started showing me some of his original packet tricks, I was completely blown away. It was obvious I was in the presence of one of the greats. He mostly invents packet tricks and he has around 300 original ones. Vanishing Inc. managed to convice him to share some of his material through their downloads and here is one of the best examples of Peter's of the wall thinking: https://www.vanishingincmagic.com/magic-......s-snap/# Why is this guy not more recognized, is beyond my understanding. Some of his effects look like trick photography. I had to rub my eyes a few times.

He used to come around here until the typical rude behavior drove him away.

I bought 3 downloads directly from him, (I think Kent Gunn mentioned him somewhere and this is how I knew about him), the tricks are very good, the explanations are good, kind of fast, but it is possible to learn, the tech is not super cool but good enough to be able to learn. The angle of the video is perfect for the kind of trick, in the 3 that I bought you need to be sited for the trick to work.
I agree that some of his tricks are very unique |

The title of this thread is: Peter Pellikaan - possibly the bigest authority on packet tricks
There is a little mistake in that title. He is not "possibly" but "for sure" the biggest authority on packet tricks. And that is not because he is a friend of mine but because he simply is. |
