I got a vid advertisement for Evolve by Nicholas Lawrence. It looks fantastic, however I have been taken in by stuff like this only to get burned. Is this thing gimmicked badly? I almost got 52 shades of red but found out things about it I did not like. However I would have never found this out from the add itself. Soo Im asking here. I do not want the method but I do want to know if there are limits, and just how bad are they?

Just work on it more. |

Maybe he meant ready for a paid performance. When starting off no one expects to be blown out the water. (not to say that you're not capable)

Evolve does what the ads show. It is gimmicked, tricky to make, not too hard to do, over-priced.

I've seen Nicholas Lawrence do this in real life and it absolutely looks like trick photography. I think he carries one around in his wallet. It is tricky to make, but pretty simple in how it works. Nicholas is the same guy behind Hovercard 2.0, In The Clear, The Rising, and a bunch of other really cool stuff. Usually when I see him do stuff it's out at a bar when he's just messing around with me. So I'd say most of his stuff is practical. That being said, practical means a different thing to everyone. I know how far I'm willing to go to set up some stuff, and how I look at other stuff people do on a regular basis and I think, "Eh.. skip it." The purchase is worth the $20 just to get your mind moving in interesting directions.
