There is a white, poster hanging, putty available that is perfect to use. It is "Scotch-brite adhesive putty" and can be found at most office supply stores (like Staples).

One does not have to perform this one handed with the other hand/arm hanging inert. With only minor adjustments and just a little blocking you can put the off hand/arm to work. Simply using it to gesture, tip the cup and point is enough to keep it in play.

The basic routine structure is pretty easy to use two handed after all Levand took an old two hand routine and modified it to suit him.

Super easy material to work with. It took about 24 for the material to dry but the balls still remain slightly soft so very easy to palm. after using them just roll them up between your palms again.
