I want to give a thumbs up to Penguin for allowing the bad reviews posts to appear on their site. I have purchased from others who only have great reviews only to be disappointed. Just now was going to purchase a small item (40$) but all three reviews posted on Penguin mentioned that items necessary for the described performance must be (with difficulty) purchased elsewhere, and the items that were included were not easily visible from the stage. It may deter my current purchase, but I guarantee I'll be back when I need something else.

Honestly, when making a purchase, I first look at the bad reviews; I aways find them the most helpful!
