I was worried that the card may get dirty quicker if the spray is used , though it does make the seam almost invincible .
That said , if you made your gimmick up using the backs of playing cards or the court cards , the spray is not needed , the design itself hides the seam well enough .

I'm 100% sure I'm clear of the instructions . In fact I've already sprayed it on and the layer seem to attract a little dust sometimes . Maybe the brand I'm using is not the perfect one , I'll have to experiment , but so far that's the results I get .

The issue is the borders not aligning. Need a decent deck of cards to ensure the cards match up perfectly.

Hello everyone, I bought it directly from Hondo's website (magicsoulproduct.com) ... the wait was killing me so I decided to bought it directly from the creator and I'm very happy to have done so.
I haven't receive the full package by postmail yet but it doesn't really matter since I already have downloaded the 14 videos after I placed my order. Trust me, you really want to watch everything before starting building your first card. Some early chapters teach techniques which you will need later on so it's better to watch everything before getting started. Everything is in Chinese but the English subtitles are very well done. Hondo's explanations are crystal clear and everything is shot up close in full HD. Every little tiny details is visible and it is very easy to understand. I'm, not sure of what I will receive by post mail (DVD or code) ... some half made cards (which are really not needed since everything is so well taught out) ... I really don't care about the DVD (if there is one) since the download is perfect. If you really want to learn Hondo's techniques, trust me, you don't have to wait after Ellusionist. The product that Hondo is selling at the moment is perfect as it is and you will "flap" in no time following his explanations. Peace Jack |

Thanks, Jack. This is very helpful. I wonder why the tutorial got separated into 14 videos. Is it a long tutorial?

I just want the tutorial only. I don't wanna pay for all the supplies to come from China or wherever.

I actually found the separated 14 tutorials very helpful , some of them were quite long and the navigation becomes easier when its seperated . That said , I really hate how Richard Sanders seperated his Priceless tutorial video . Separating into 14 long sections is resonable , but separating into much more is very troublesome when it comes to navigation with the user .

Magic KL, the tutorials last almost 3 hours, everything is covered in great details. It is divided in 14 "chapters" (like it will be on the DVD I presume). It took me less than 30 minutes to download everything. (videos and subtitles)
magicmarkworldwide2, you can order from magicsoulproduct.com if (like me) you don't have the patience to wait for Ellusionist to release it. That's what I did and I don't regret it one second. You'll have automatically access to the downloads and you will receive a DVD or code (I really don't know since I haven't received anything yet) by postmail. They will charge you an extra 7$ for the shipping, so it will be 37$ total. I don't know how much Ellusionist will charge for it but it surely won't be a lot cheaper than that. So basically, you'll pay 10-15$ extra for the semi-made props and shipping, but you'll have the possibility to play with it as soon as your purchase will be made. It's all up to you. Peace Jack |

If you use VLC player, you just drop the whole folder into the box and it will play them in order. You can scrub ahead or back smoothly and it even has a playlist. Very useful tool.

My friend made up and show me the gimmick. I have to say the c***se is not very friendly for live.. It does look great on camera though. I guess this is an improvement for camera work if you were to show the whole card card to the camera. For live performance, if you were to hold the card in a natural grip, I feel the traditional flap is more invisible because of the sharp step edge. Or could my friend just made a bad gimmick?
