Hey guys,
This is Titanas from Murphy's Magic and I would like to announce a new item. I am so proud to be a part of this production, having played with this for so long I know how good it is. Pretty much anything you want to do with coins, you can do with the sucker punch set, but these poker chips can be seen from further away and the color contrast is a lot stronger. Another advantage is that casinos and poker chips are found all over the world, and you'll never have to justify using foreign currency in your act. The quality of this is amazing and the price is out of this world. If you were to buy all the gimmicks that come with this set as coins, you'd spend well over 300 dollars, but with sucker punch, you'd be able to perform all the same magic at a fraction of the cost. More info: http://www.murphysmagic.com/Product.aspx?id=56338 Best regards, Titanas

I’ve been looking forward to Sucker Punch for some time now and I got to handle the set today and had a good play with the gaffs.
I’m very impressed with this for several reasons.. The sets quality is first class, the value is great, and it’s a perfect way to discover the types of gaffs you want to work with, before investing a fortune in high end silver coin versions.. MoM have it on the site right now with FREE worldwide shipping here : https://www.magicshop.co.uk/sucker-punch Just the thing when you’re at a gig and there’s a few fun casino tables in the area with you.. What’s not to like… Here’s a quick vid of myself and Ben Williams unboxing the set: Best wishes and good luck with your magic Dominic Reyes P.s Sucker Punch is expected to ship out worldwide on the 24th October

FINALLY... 'Been waiting for an effect of this nature to be produced! I was looking forward to picking up The Ammo by Full 52 but the actual chips supplied are not attractive compared to the demo clip. Besides, now we will be able to do so much more with these new chips including customizing the look.
Survey says... SOLD!

Any discussion downstairs of the actual gaffs?

I saw that and spotted a few. I am guessing on some possible other gaffs, but didn't want to discuss it here in the open.

These seem pretty nice. I feel like one of the major disadvantages would be the lack of noise... For sleights like the click pass and anything else where you rely on sound, these won't make such an audible noise. For learning sleights with gimmicked coins I think these are spot on and have their place in different situations.

I thought these sounded great until the MoM review said they have stickers on. I'm not sure how well these would stand up to regular use. And poker chips with stickers?

In the promo when the coin passes through the table, is it really that smooth? I don't touch coins but if I could do that I would gladly hop on this.

The stickers comment concerned me too.
Stickers wear out. |

The sticker issue concerns me as well, but being a newbie to coin magic, these might help me learn the routines, etc, so I'm not overly worried about it

Saw this in person a few weeks ago. Eric did the coin through table and it looks that good. I already have the coin gaffs, but I'll be picking this up

I agree with Mike. I was excited about this until I saw the point about stickers. Why in the world would they use stickers? Makes the props so much cheaper!

I agree, soon as I heard "Stickers" I knew they would eventually wear out, peel, rip etc. Should have made them solid no stickers

I had 2 minutes of being thrilled... then I read stickers. Still, it's very cheap for what appears to be included so maybe it's still pretty good.

Stickers allow us to customize our own design which I prefer over that "M" they have on them. If someone so chooses they could even have metal or plastic discs laser engraved/painted for a more polished look.

I must agree I am in the same frame of mind as not being keen on the stickers,if you mark or scratch them while in your pocket etc etc.
