Hi, I have the "Unshuffled" deck from Anton James, it is great, but I've heard that is about the same as the OCD deck by Sansminds, but that the OCD deck has a couple of subleties that make the deck itself a bit better. Can anybody point me about these slight differences?

4 years later...I'd also be really interested to know the deck differences if anyone can shed any light?

This review says the OCD has more "convincers". I hope that does NOT mean ungimmicked cards. In a deck like this I would want every card to be gimmicked. Then you could add in whichever ungimmicked cards you want from a normal deck. In particular, what is the situation with regard to the Ace of Spades which seems to be ungimmicked in every demo I have seen on YouTube etc? Does the deck come with a gimmicked AS or not? |

To me, the reviewer has made too much of this. Like you say, it’s not hard to just add a couple of ungimmicked cards in. The Unshuffled DVD is an hour long and comes with multiple routine ideas. Since there’s no substantial diff in the decks, it’s a no-brainer this is the one to go for. Incidentally, Gregory Wilson has a nice use for this deck if you own Revolution. |
