I haven't had a lot of time to use the quiver (I'm an amateur and usually just get time for a couple of effects at the monthly magician's fellowship). Nonetheless I practice with it and love it! I still need to perfect a card fold so I can do signed card to quiver!
However, I did do one easy use of the quiver for the Mrs. I did the imaginary coins and had the predictions in the quiver. She had seen me do the imaginary coins before with the "positive-negative" approach but with the quiver holding the prediction of the coin and the heads or trails, (single slip of paper shown in the purse ahead of time) she was really amazed! I let her pull the paper out. She also liked the purse! I opened and closed it and let her feel inside. She remarked, "That's a really nice coin purse!" Thanks Kelvin! |

This way there is not 3 multiple alternatives, but only two! During presentation show normal side with a prediction slip in it, remove it show purse is now empty and reinsert the prediction slip. Now do regular routine, and put the you-know-which chip in the quiver when it is selected. At the conclusion, select side of purse that has the correct "I will choose X and you will choose Y and the Z will be in the purse." In this method we always let the spec read the prediction. Open purse, dump out chip and slip, casually showing purse is empty. Let the spec read the prediction. In this approach the equivoque in the prediction is eliminated... which IMO is the weak (and obvious to some people) link in the Free Will effect. |

I'm using Quiver with Jimmy Fingers Free Will of Order which allows you to remove the free will equivoque in the prediction and lets you say to them from the start that they will read the prediction, and you only need the two outs which means you can show the purse empty after removing the prediction.

I just purchased Quiver and noticed that the logo "quiver" is not present anymore on the actual purse. Is this the case now maybe for the newer stocks? Just curious about if I got the real thing Lol

I bought it here on a magic shop here in Germany , I noticed a couple of things , first it did not come with the original packaging and 2nd there is no logo. The video instructions given to me is through a vimeo video with title VDR by Kelvin Chow and is password protected which I was provided. Can you please advice so I'll know if I will return this product.

It should come in a small light brown paper box that says QUIVER by GLITCH STUDIOS on the front.
I don't know if this is the real thing, but it doesn't say Quiver on the gimmick, and no original box...I think you should contact Kelvin. |

Be careful to only get this from Kelvin himself or a trusted magic dealer, I got one second hand and the flap was showing.

Natsuy, did you talk to the magic shop? Was it a real Quiver?
This is the first time that I heard about a knockoff of this gimmick. Guess we need to be careful whenever something doesn't come with original packaging. |

I did spoke to them and was just told that they just got it from an italian supplier ( all details I provided to Kelvin) , as per Kelvin it should only come with a quiver logo. So bottom line is I just returned the item and got a refund.
