Good afternoon friends. Someone can give an overview of this trick - its strengths and weaknesses. It certainly deceives! thank you in advance!
I was surprised that this topic is not in the Café. http://www.losander.me/epages/62364720.s......EyeKhnow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPksH3GR2uY

It looks clever, however I think many might find it a little unusual and therefore suspect.
At least where I live, wooden business card boxes are not common. Because of that, the spectator will (rightly) focus attention on the box. The question then becomes "What's up with the tricky box?" rather than "How did he know what I was thinking?". That's my take, though YMMV.

And having watched the video, I would vary the performance and make it less about the box and process, and more about the thought. The box needs to be incidental and not the centre of the attention. I also wonder if the stack can be put back on top....

I do not mind the box itself - because it can be imagined as an antique box - a reader of thoughts (name is not important). The method is clean - I think Losander is a good cabinet maker. I think mechanical knots are made well, but will it not wear out? - wear of the main part can lead to unraveling secret the very attentive spectators.

I kind of like the wooden box, as it has a certain charm. But being the minimalist that I have become, I would probably would be more inclined to forgo the box and just use a p**k.
