Hi. 8 months ago I believe that I created the new muck.

Demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkzkcINb6VE

It is very simple and you can probably figure it out by only watching the demo. As for the most moves on this planet, it was probably created like 100 years ago by someone else.
The question is - do you recognize this muck? If yes, then where do you saw it?

If you can not figure it out then pm me for the free extra gift bonus explanation.

Ho, Ho. I just sent you a round trip ticket to Vegas, with accommodations at the Bellagio. A limo will pick you up at the airport and we are going to hit the major casinos with that move. It will fool everyone and we will be rolling in money. Smile

Very nice. I imagine it's a touch angle sensitive on the sides with where that card you're headed south with is going. However, I really like how clean it looks. Reminds me a little of the McMillan switch (Just in look not in method), but this looks less likely to flash or shoot out of your hand at inopportune moments. Nice work.

Thank you!

Note: Only the left side of the right hand is bad (right side for the left hand). For life performance the switch should be aimed straight at far left spectator (if right handed).

Wait a minute. Now you tell us it is angle sensitive? Next you will probably say it can't be done on a poker or blackjack table because of the rail cushion...and probably won't fool the video cameras?

OMG!!! My dream of riches is being shattered...and I was just about to drop that round trip ticket to Vegas in the mailbox.

Whew...

Peterson, let me know if you ever publish the work on this. While not great for a gaming table, I'd like to try this in my invisible three card monte routine.

Actually it is a nice little demo move and no doubt will baffle many people if used during a gambling or magic routine. It probably fooled some of the less accomplished members on this BB. That is not meant as a slight to anyone on this board, but some here are pretty new at this and are mostly curious and like to just see "moves."

I should add that I knew a hustler who used a similar move on occasion in 5 Card Stud games. It did not have any unfavorable angles from the sides or front, used his cupped left hand as a block and of course he had great timing as to when to make the gypsy. The card to be switched had the long end towards him, which would be more normal for a poker game, and the card tables he used it on did not have cushions so the move was very smooth and fast. The principle was somewhat similar to the "Guzo Muck" demonstrated herein, but the technique was different. Other than that, he used regular one handed and two handed 5 Card Stud switches which were actual mucks. In fact, John Scarne in one of his 8MM films, demonstrated one version of the two handed muck move, but he did it more magician style. I also think Scarne had some photos of the that two handed version in the BJ section of Scarne's Complete Guide to Gambling as I recall.

Thank you Cag for your insights.

I think, that the move that you are talking about is called "The Challenge Muck" and it is in the booklet Hand Mucking (by George Joseph).

As I said "It is very simple and you can probably figure it out by only watching the demo." And I have no intention to present it as a gambling move. The only thing that I wanted to know if it is original or not and of course show it before someone else does (in case it is mine).

But non the less it is very clean for magic tricks (and it can be done very slow - my video is awful at this)
