Thanks, how about the silks towards the end of the trick ( 2.04 )where they are a mix of 2 silks, but give a colour leak impression

That so and so, Hank Lee brought this out about 40 years ago. --The prop (Lewis Cone, that is). It's a "utility prop". The EFFECT shown on the YT "pitch" is an old standard. Richard Hughes can very likely make up the "half and half silks". He makes flowers as well or better than Horace Marshall, and, silks, also.

Here's one thread that discusses the half dyed silk. It's in the "Smooth as silk" area of the Magic Café.
http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......forum=54 There are other threads in the "Smooth as silk" area that discuss that pattern of silk, too. Simply do a search of that section with the keyword "half". The half dyed silk / hank is also associated with Billy McComb (that will help you in your search, too). - Donald

Viking/Collector's Workshop sells a good version of McComb's Half-Dyed Silk.

Did you ask Gary when Practical Magic will be selling this again? (I assume the reason you started this thread is because they are no longer selling it, or it's temporarily out of stock.)
The original video shows Jeremy and is tagged with Practical Magic, so it seems obvious to contact that company first. If I was just searching for the various parts of this on Google, I would use terms like "Lewis Cone Magic" (or "Multi Silk Cone Magic"), "McComb Silks Magic" (or "Half Dyed Silk Magic"), and then of course find the various solid colour magic silks. Using the keyword "Magic" as a part of the search parameters will help refine your search. And of course, because you're in the UK, Google will tailor the results to your location (we wouldn't have the same sort of success, because many of the people responding to your post are located in North America). You could also try asking on the Facebook Group for Trix in the Stix (I'm in that group, that's how I know about it), because many of the people on there are Practical Magic customers, and will also possibly know some of the UK terms for those props. Or you might even find someone with that specific prop, who isn't using it, and could sell it to you. Gary Dunn and John Kimmons are 2 of the Admins of that Facebook Group. - Donald P.S.
