And for those who've asked - no, I don't intend to re-print - getting too old for storing & etc. - and no, I will not "do it" in an e-book.

For those who've asked - yes; I've been filling orders for about a week now. Copies of the book arrived from the printers as planned, and I started to fill those orders as planned. Still doing so as we speak.
