Which one? Whatever they decide, or none at all depending upon democratic mandate.
What's the ethos? As I said, classical liberal principles of maximising Liberty, negative utilitarianism and democracy. Designated oppressed/non-transgendered/privileged bathrooms at whose expense? You mean, 'male' and 'female' bathrooms, and at the expense of whoever normally pays for them - the business owner (recouped through profits) or taxpayers for public institutions. I'm not sure that these questions weren't already addressed in my previous post. |
