Don’t you hate it when you can almost remember something but try as hard as you can but it doesn’t come to you?
I can remember seeing somewhere on here a short video of an older magician doing magic with a vent, (the dummy wasn’t really dead) but he never spoke a word. It was a very funny non talking ventriloquism bit. Any idea? Tom

One of the most brilliant routines is Bill DeMars routine with his frog Feldon. Watch it. Either way you won’t be sorry.

I agree, absolutely, Jack! We've toured on the same circuit, but,Bill and I have never met.
Feldon the Frog is, I think, Bill's best bit. The only puppeteer that, I think, is in the same "league" is Jim Jayes, with Hokey, Jim's little clown. Both Bill and Jim, can kill a senior high school group with their presentation!!!

YES, That is it, the Frog routine where the frog didn’t talk.
Thanks I really appreciate that. I could remember Jim Jayes, and yes he is very good too. Just couldn't recall Bill DeMars routine. Thanks, Tom

Bob Jepsen used to a great routine with a hand puppet and a disecto using his own hand. He also did a great recreation of the Edgar Bergan routine of sawing Charlie in half.
