Hi guys,
Happy Valentines! Just want to share you my latest release on my website Paper Heart. www.patrickkun.com/shop/paperheart Paper Heart is an effect where you can visually transform a borrowed dollar bill into an origami heart. You can perform this visually or under the spectators hand. The gimmick does all the work for you. We have made the first batch of less than 150 units and every package comes with a complete gimmick origami heart with USD bill. We also teach you how to construct your own gimmick so that you can perform Paper Heart with any currency. Paper Heart is extremely easy to perform and you can leave them with an impossible souvenir. Thanks! -Patrick Kun

Just purchased- love these kinds of tricks.
Patrick- can this be done without sleeves, and show hands empty afterwards? Thanks. |

Thanks Patrick- can't wait till t arrives on the doorstep.
You guys think this would pair well (for a couple- each would get a gift) with the origami ring trick from Greg Wilson? Or is that overkill? |

Just ordered.
So after turning "their" bill into the heart, can you immediately hand that out for inspection and leave that with them as a souvenir? Or do you have to switch that out to leave behind as a souvenir? |

So you will have to do a switch. Everything is taught on the switches and what motivates it. Unless you just want to perform with your own bill then you can just simply have them examined and bring it back Let me know if you have any question.

Okay that's what I thought.
The ad copy kinda threw me a little as it states, "Imagine you take a borrowed bill and visually transform it into an origami heart. The bill can then be immediately examined, and given as a souvenir for them to keep." Looking forward to playing with it. |

Patrick, how difficult is it to construct the origami heart from a bill? Are these shipped within the U.S.?

I just got this today and personally I struggled with making an origami heart via the instruction (I am great at making card gimmicks and things but when it comes to making an oragami heart I just can't!) but luckily it came with a ready to go gimmick (: The video is very well shot and it runs about a half hour (26 minutes). In that time it talks about making/customizing your own gimmick, and a few ways Patrick performs this. I love this. Super visual and you will be performing this in minutes of receiving it. The gimmick included looks like it will last a long long time as well. The trick is super visual and something I will be carrying around with me. Also your angles are relatively good. you can do it 360 with the in the hand change and for the held at the fingertips change your angles are also really good and can be performed 360 if you bring it closer to your body.
Pros: Great Angles, organic, visual Cons: Maybe making your own gimmick/ origami heart, most probably won't have a problem and I don't really mind it. All in all I rate this 5/5 (: This would be a great thing trick for a couple or if you are just looking for a cut trick that also has quite some impact on your audience (: Let me know if you guys have any questions (: |

I love all of Patrick's stuff and while I don't have this effect yet one idea that I might play with when I get the effect is perhaps having a prediction inside the folded heart that the spectator can unfold to find either written on the bill or tucked inside. Might not be possible but thought it could be a second effect to incorporate with this.
