If you haven't yet heard of the company called Accoutrements
then please go to this link : http://www.accoutrements.com/forms/catalogweb.html to order their complete catalog (they will also send out catalog supplements from time to time ) Order the catalog because they only have a small sample of the items they stock shown on their website. Accoutrements is a wholesaler , so you will either have to establish an account with them and place certain minimum orders or else find a local retailer that deals with them . In my area the Sam Flax art supply stores , as well as Pearl Art & Craft can obtain these items. This company has some really fun and unusual novelty items . A lot of them are silly kitsch items , but if you do a certain style of comedy or bizarre magic you will find something in their product line that will spark your creativity . I found them because I was looking for a place where I could obtain about 25 rubber goldfish (realistic looking rubber goldfish) for an effect I am working on . They also have some really cool novelty decks of cards such as the Texas Hold 'em deck with realistic bullet holes in the cards , Many other novelty themed card decks . |

Another great place for all kinds of fun and goofy props just begging for magical use is Archie McPhee's.

Thanks David for starting this thread!
Everything and a whole lot more of the stuff that "Accoutrements" sells is in a store here in Richmond, VA. They hire me peridically to perform in their store. When in Richmond please visit "World of Mirth". (NO I am not affliated with them either) For techno nerds (I admit to be one) I like http://www.thinkgeek.com
