I own a Blink wallet. There is a patch (just in case you had missed some of the posts) but it's not ugly or out of place. If you google wallets with patches or embossed or various combinations of that you will see several. I actually think it makes it look stylish. I know that some don't like it, but I'm fairly sure Looch isn't going to hunt you down and force you to buy one from him if you don't like it. I love the way you can pass it out, even get the participant to hold it, I have a few other peek wallets which I would never dream of putting in a participants hands, they are good but with the wrong handling the peek would be visible. This is not the case at all with Blink. Id even say that the participant could remove their card from it after them holding it, and you would have nothing to fear.
Its a peek wallet. We all know what it is and what it enables us to do and some will try to find an issue or a concern. The thing we must not forget is the participant doesn't know its a peek wallet, they probably don't know what a peek wallet is, and even if they did, it sat in their hands while you read their mind. They would have absolutely no idea, sure they may say it was done using this or that, but that would be just speculation (unless they write carrot or 7). Seriously though, I don't think they would have any idea how you knew it. Also let's not forget it's the performance that sells a trick (think thumb tips) if the embossing is a sticking point. Its certainly the peek wallet of choice for me. I've never had anyone question it and I can see myself using it long into the future. |

I went to a meeting yesterday which involved a bit of networking. While there was no opportunity to present mentalism (it was not the place), I gave my business card to several and with Blink my business card holder. It really looked the part - stylish and, as I mentioned before, a bit like a designer item.
Blink is something I am proud to own. |

I forgot to mention earlier, Looch verified that BLINK can be held in various orientations, so you can find the handling that's most comfortable for you. There's a FB page for buyers where Looch says a lot of ideas are being posted.
So, as the classic review says, "Those who like this sort of thing will find it the sort of thing they like." Obviously, there are happy buyers out there. |

Roughly how many business cards can this hold? Any chance it can store a full Networker Deck? (Paul brook).

The networker deck is (IIRC) around 30 x 400gsm business cards, you wouldn't be able to squeeze it into the BLINK (although you could of course put a smaller number of cards in and still perform Networker)

I ordered it. It arrived within 2 days. I love it. I agree with everything that people like NeilS and joelclyne said about it. It looks stylish. Trust me, if you are any kind of performer the 'patch' is not a problem. If you think the 'patch' is a problem, you are probably one of those people who worry about having to return to other peek wallets (Blink is a case) to gain the peek.
Well done Looch this is a real worker (IMHO).

Yes I agree it's a terrible demo and I can only speculate if it's not like thought transmitter it must be a slide of some sorts . I reckon I could make a better one without the big embossed logo as I think it looks naff . It might look ok in Rome or Milan but I prefer a sleek no nonsense design working at my gigs in the UK and if that's not the method I am going to work on one . Best wishes Tarik 🙂

There are umpteen different wallets and countless other peek methods out there, so a new one on the market is always going to get "But I already use xyz" or "I bet its like xyz." (To be honest though, you rarely get "I bet it works like xyz. That's rubbish. Although, if it doesn't work like xyz I'm going to make one myself")
This isn't a multi utility device, its primary and sole use is for peeking. And it works brilliantly for that. You would never make a point of showing all sides of the case before and after the peek, but the fact that there is absolutely nothing to see can make the handling more confident and comfortable and all the actions are completely natural. I really don't understand the concerns regarding the patch. It looks like a really nice leather business card case and unless you are on a Magic Forum looking for some place where you can peek from, I don't think anybody would think twice about it. Its obviously fantastic quality and well crafted - I would easily recommend this and am looking forward to playing with it some more.. |

I performed Blink on someone very suspicious and sceptical about what I do (understandably!!!) And while they obviously saw both sides of Blink, they did not spot or suspect anything amiss with it. This, I think, shows what a well crafted and designed item it is.

Looch was kind enough to show me the Blink prototype in Blackpool when I bumped into him, and I like it straight away.
I'm very much a believer of having a tool do one thing very well, and this ticks all the box for me. It's an external peek with a large peek area and is easy to use. I've only recently come to appreciate the benefit from controlling exactly when you want to peek. This allows it to be handled more freely and gives the performer extra flexibility. |

This looks so good.
Looch is a great designer when it comes to (among other things) mentalism and it’s tools. Such an eye for detail. I’m a long time owener and user of Strivings SUC II exclusively. After seeing this and speaking with Looch, I’ll be putting my order in as soon as possible, for real.

With so many apps out today to get the goods, its good to have an alternate go to. I don't have Blink yet but do have Score and Area which I hope to be with me until the end. Quality and usage is all I care about when buying a new utility and Looch can always be counted on.

I recently received my Blink wallet. I echo all the good reviews above. The leather is top-quality, and the wallet has an elegant look to it. Taking this wallet out to give someone a business card is totally justified by the appearance of the wallet. Importantly, obtaining the information is dead easy, and can be accomplished in different deceptive manners that will suit the occasion and your preference. Looch has done a terrific job again in creating a product that shouldn’t end up sittingt in anyone’s drawer.
