Hey Everyone,

About 2-3 years ago a single trick was released where a coin would penetrate a single playing card. There were a couple of phases to it and you could show the top and the underside of the playing card. I can't remember what this was called or who came up with it. Does it ring any bells for anyone?

Sincerely,

Henok

Could it have been this? Expansion by Dave Loosley:

Smike,

No, it wasn't Expansion. There was no hole punch in the card. What I do remember is that for the last phase you would tell the spectator, "Have a look under the card just so you don't think I'm quickly moving the coin around the edges of the card." Not sure if that helps anyone remember???

Thanks for reminding me of this little effect. I think it may work well in conjunction with Rob Bromley's Coin Deck.
