Could also try LARocks.com. for balloons. Not sure what kinda shipping is involved from USA to Ireland. Hopefully not too much. 👍 $.02 db

I know you asked this question over 2 weeks ago, so you may have it sorted by now.

If you are on Facebook, join the Trix in the Stix Facebook Group. This group is mostly UK performers.

There was a recent discussion about where to purchase balloons in the UK. I think a couple that were mentioned were Balloon Art Wholesale and Playtime Balloons.

Not exactly Ireland, but closer than North America.
